Registration Fee:  All fees are (Non-negotiable). 

Flag Fee (Ages 4 -6): $125.00                                                                                 Tackle Fee (Ages: 7 -12): $165.00

Note: Football Registration Fees include: (Insurance, Certification, Game Jersey, Game Pants, (2 pair) Socks, Trophy, Helmet Decals, Mouth Pieces).

Note: Parents shall provide the following items: Silver Helmet, Shoulder Pads, 7-Piece Pad Set and Black Cleats.  

Cheerleader Fees$185.00                                                                       

Note: All Cheerleader Registration Fees include: (insurance, Shell, Skirt,  Brief trunks, Hair Bow, Cheerleader Spirit Bucket, One pair of ankle socks , Shoes, a pair of 6" Plastic Show Poms , Competition fees & Trophy.) All returning cheerleading parents please contact Tara Talton for details at 817-319-9543.


FUNDRAISER

All football and cheerleader participates are required to take part in fundraisers. If you choice not to participate in any fundraiser events; there is an opt out fee that you will be charged. This fee must be paid at the time of each fundraiser event. If not paid at the time of the fundraiser event the additional fee will be added to your bill at the end of the football season.

Opt Out Fee- $50.00 per fundraiser.  

PAYMENT’SA $50.00 deposit is required upon registration for your son or daughter to be added to any of the rosters. Another $50.00 payment must be made by May 31st 2012  for the AKSA Staff to place uniform order for all participates.  The Arlington Knights does accept the following Website Payments   . All other payment types (Cash, Personal Checks, Cashier Checks or Money Orders) must be made in person. Final payments are due by July 31st, 2012.    

Refunds

NO refunds will be issued after the uniform fitting.   Refunds will only be distributed if the AKSA board member’s discretion. Upon the board member’s decision a $50.00 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds if required prior to uniform fitting.

 In consideration of my child’s participation in the Arlington Knights Sports Association, I do hereby for myself, my heirs and executors, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights claims for damages which I may have or which may hereafter accrue to me, against the Board of Directors, Sponsors, Coaches, and those officiating the games, or their agents, for any and all damages which may be suffered by me or my child in connection with any injury or bodily harm that may occur.  I agree to follow all AKSA By-Laws and / or division rules.
